Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was pretty low for something handmade in New Zealand, but let me tell you, she is gorgeous! She feels great under foot and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

In bare feet it feels like walking on coiled ropes on the deck of a sailboat. The edges are tall as a result, creating a trip hazard entering the room. Returned the rug, which was much less challenging than I feared!
The shipping service DSL used to deliver this rug is terrible I have not received yet.

I ordered the matching runner to put in my walk in closet. Hopefully it will hold up but I have had good luck with wool rugs in the past. Still waiting on my bed but I know it will work.
