Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, this Kazak collection rug displays a traditional geometric medallion composition. A vibrant crimson red field serves as the backdrop for an ivory, navy, and forest green central floral medallion, surrounded by delicate branching blossoms. The main field is framed by a narrow cerulean blue inner border and a wide cream border detailed with multi-toned palmettes. With a thin, handmade wool pile, the piece offers a durable and classic flat feel with neat fringe finishing along the edges.
