Hand-knotted from 100% hand spun wool, this piece from the Kazak Collection showcases traditional Caucasian tribal design. A rich crimson red field forms the base for a vertical sequence of stepped diamond medallions framed in forest green, cream, and vibrant cerulean blue. Geometric palmettes, jagged latch-hook motifs, and small star accents fill the inner ground, enclosed by layered compound borders in ivory, ochre gold, and deep navy. The thin wool pile provides an authentic, low-profile texture with crisp knot definition and subtle fringed ends.
