Hand-knotted from 100% hand spun wool, this 5x7 rectangular rug from the Mamluk Ziegler Collection presents a distressed traditional design. A muted slate-blue field serves as the backdrop for intricate palmettes, geometric medallions, and ornate floral motifs. Rich shades of rust red, terracotta orange, cream, and subtle hints of turquoise and forest green define the pattern, accented by an intentionally fragmented border that creates an authentic aged finish.
