Hand-knotted in Pakistan from 100% hand-spun wool, this traditional piece from the Ziegler Collection showcases intricate artistry with a low, thin pile. The design features an ornate all-over trellis network of palmettes, floral vines, and scrolling arabesques set against a deep terracotta red field. A wide main border in slate blue and tan frames the field, enriched by multi-tiered guard borders. Natural variations in the hand-spun yarn lend depth to the muted palette of rust, teal blue, sage green, and soft ivory tones.
