I bought two of these rugs and they were rolled nicely for shipping with no wrinkles except for the very start of the roll. No way to avoid that without a cardboard roll in the center to wrap the rug around but that would increase the costs for shipping and I appreciate that they send it for free. I have a steamer so that problem was easily solved. I've bought 9 different rugs online and every time I buy from rugs.com the rugs are far superior in quality and weight. Even though I ordered two weeks before Christmas they still arrived before Christmas. I've discovered you should NEVER get a rug less than half inch thick if you want it to hold it's shape and not curl. These are soft to walk on with a plush feel. The color is fabulous: rich greys touches of white some cream and black lovely yellow with some spicy mustard and that teal!!! Sigh. Very nice. We got 7x10 and 5x8 and the sizing is slightly off. It's 6ft eleven and a half inches by ten ft. The other is 96x59 inches. Couldn't be happier.

We all agree that the color is absolutely gorgeous; it's a just-plush-enough expanse of very bright and cheery fuchsia broken with splashes of orange patches of ice blue and geometric patterns in black purple puce and brown. A soft and luxurious pleasure to stretch out on this beautiful rug adds the touch of elegance I wanted for our den at a very affordable price.

After living with it I really started to like it! It looks like a rug with a life- like an antique older rug in your family for years and it is delicately elegant and calming- because of the green and gentle gold-easy on the eyes when I come down into my dining room each morning...My cats like it too and won't be able to pull out tufts and shred it-they sprawl out on it happily.I have a forest green accent wall- I am calm in a complimentary wabi-sabi environment...there is a lot of the antique gold so it feels balanced..I don't think it will show dirt fast either with the gentle blending old quality-so a great rug to live with!

It is still a beautiful rug and I am absolutely in love with it but less bright than I was expecting

Very nice runner. Exactly as pictured. I love the color and pattern. Very well made. We have tile floors and a senior dog. Her legs slide on the tile so we wanted a runner to help her. This is the perfect answer.
