I’ve had this a few weeks and it’s beautiful. It lays flat is nice and dense soft and doesn’t have any odors. It came rolled in heavy plastic. I used the preview feature and it was pretty accurate. I wanted something to cozy up the room with a pattern that is subtle and this rug is that!
I was a little hesitant to buy this rug (2 of them actually) because the price was so low. But I am pleasantly surpirsed. This is not a thick rug and it's not soft and fluffy. But if you need a large rug for an area you won't be rolling around on this is great. I have placed one under my dining room table it works well. The other is in my basement with our couches. Both look fantastic. I realy appreciate that they are not wrinkly and I did not have to work to get the bumps out like other rugs I have bought in the past. I was very surprised that they arrived THE NEXT DAY after I ordered. Amazon can't even deliever that quickly!
A few weeks ago I purchased a large area rug a runner and a small area rug all the same design. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. Even though the large rug had to be folded for shipping there were no creasing and no smell just the new carpet smell which I barely noticed. The rugs are soft on my feet and my dog loves laying on it. I have already referred my friends to Rugs.com

I bought this in gray for my living room. It’s a beautiful rug but it’s light blue not gray. Especially in the daylight.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · GrayAbsolutely love my love my rug. Color and size were were perfect. However it's on carpet and seems to keep moving out of place very slowly. That's my only issue. I have to now find something to hold it down. But still worth it.

The store In Charolette was available for me to check out my rug choice in person and the shipped rug came right to my door. (2days!) Unfortunately the color of my walls made me send my first choice back but the quality of the rug was phenomenal. The return was super easy as well and free. All I had to do was print off a return label and drop it off at fed ex. (The rug came folded so it fit in the car) It took 8 days to see the returned $ back on my cc but the website clearly states to allow up to 10 days. This is as easy as it gets for rug shopping and I will start here again when I need another rug. Thanks for a great experience.

Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · GrayI love this runner ... the colors are exactly what I was looking for and the size is perfect. The only negative is I’m having trouble making it stay in one place as it’s on top of carpet and insists on crawling. Going to try tape today and perhaps a couple of carpet tacks to see if I can’t secure it in place. That said I know it’s not supposed to go on top of carpet but I’ve had real good luck with another runner there and was hoping this one would work out also. Regardless I’d buy it again!
