My husband and I had been looking for rugs for what seemed like an eternity. I was browsing rugs.com because they allow for returns in the case we didn't like it. When I saw this rug I had an oh my! Moment. It is everything I expected in person. Unique colorful and really makes my living room perfect. The rug is low pile which makes it easy to clean as I have two dogs. I would definitely recommend a rug pad though... Even in the 8x10 size it slides around when the dogs get excited. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Bought it for a new vaguely-nautical-themed bedroom and it is a great statement piece without overwhelming the space; the fish pattern is unique but not so crazy that it's hard to match with anything. I laid it down a week ago and there are still some waves in it but it has relaxed a lot. One edge was curled up pretty severely but it we rolled it the opposite way for a day and it flattened out (and it was under a heat register so I believe that helped). No weird smells or anything. The light part isn't white but more of a taupe color. Soft pile but you will want a decent pad underneath if you are laying it on a hard floor.

The colors are what I was expecting and the baby loves the rug! she likes to pet the red fish especially. the pictures on this website do show you what to expect.
Someone on my local Craigslist was selling this but it was already spoken for. I loved it so much and they had linked the original rug in their post. So I bought it!
