Great Outdoor rug
We ordered two identical rugs for our very long lanai and they worked out perfectly. The colors are exactly as shown in the photos on the website and the cost was very competitive for the quality. Our only complaint is that we ordered the upgraded padding that was offered with the rug upon ordering it but when it arrived the padding package says Indoor Use Only but the rug is advertises as Outdoor Border Rug so Rugs.com really should not offer the upgraded pad with this rug or should specify that we should not buy it for outdoor use. I called customer service and they told me that pads are non returnable but when I pointed out the discrepancy they offered me a credit for about half what we paid for the padding and then offered to send us the regular pads which are good to use outside so in the end things sort of worked out.
