It was absolutely Perfect and so I purchased a larger rug for my adjacent sunroom/computer/TV room. The transformation is amazing. I was somewhat skeptical about getting the creases out of the rug. I simply unfolded it and then rolled it to eliminate almost all of the wrinkles. The remaining wrinkles are minor and will come out with time. All of the wrinkles are out of my smaller rug.

My only complaint is the way it came packaged. it was folded in thirds...a 10' x 13' i felt should have been rolled. The better pad is 3 wider than the rug. Do I have to trim???I can't get down on my knees they are artificial.
I did not have a pleasant experience with online shopping. Therefore I was not optimistic the rug I ordered would look good and beautiful as it's a pic. To my surprise it was equally as impressive as it's a pic if not better. I am happy and I like it. Thank you.

We thought we would take a chance because it sounded like such a good deal and if we weren't happy we could easily return it.
