The rug arrived in less than a week and it was beautiful right out of the package. I laid it out to get rid of some of the wrinkles which took about 3 more days but when I combined it with the padding which I purchased from Home Depot the feel under my feet is luxurious. I purchased this rug (9x12) for my bedroom to go under my King Size bed and it ties my whole bedroom together wonderfully!!. Love the softness under my feet. I would definitely purchase other rugs from Rugs.com (In fact I purchased two more rugs one for my living room area (9x12) and the other for my 3rd bedroom (8x10) and I love those also!!! In addition to the beauty of the rugs the price points on the rugs I chose were good too just right for my budgets. Thanks RUGS.COM

We've had this rug for 2 weeks and we love it. So soft and plush. Laid flat from day 1. Also purchased the thick rug pad and it adds so much to feel of rug. Will definitely buy from them again.

Arrived folded and very well wrapped but has dirty looking stripe down the fold. I am shampooing today to see if it will come out. Still very satisfied with quality.
