Looks nice

I had this carpet for almost a month. When it was delivered folded in heavy gauge plastic wrap. I opened it up and rolled it into a log to help get rid of the numerous folds. I kept it rolled up for about two weeks. Then I unrolled it and placed it in the living room. This process worked well for me as the deep folds are no longer visible. The rug fits nice and looks good.

Great new look for my family room

I bought this rug about 2 weeks ago! I had read many reviews about the rugs as well as the customer service! Purchasing a rug seemed risk free since Rugs.com paid for return shipping if i was not satisfied! am very happy with this rug! The size is great and the colors r true to the advertised rug! It gives the room an updated look and has a cozy look and feel! The rug is slightly thinner than the one i had but that is not a problem for me! The quality is good and time will tell how it holds up! I would order from this company again and will recommend to friends!

Exactly what I thought it would be

I bought this rug a month ago and it is exactly as i thought and as advertised. The rug is the 4 stars. I would however say that the rug pad that I got to go under it was terrible. I have concrete floors and it stuck to it so badly and pulled up the finish on the floor! I'm very unhappy and have to refinish the floor.

I love this rug!

We bought two of these rugs and love them so much. They go perfect in our home and feel great. They did have some offgassing which we expected and we did air them out before installing them for a couple weeks. We also had to lay them out on top of things so they had some kinks in them because of that but the kinks came out very easily once we laid them down. We couldn’t be happier with them now. Great prices too! My whole experience ordering these rugs and receiving them with excellent.

I love it!

I bought this rug a few months ago and love it for my Kitchen table. The quality is ok but for under the table it worked out perfectly and the price was unbeatable!

Just what I was looking for!

I needed a rug for my new house I loved the feature on the website that allows you to see the rug in the room before purchase that was huge. The rug itself is just as promised nice and soft easy to clean (we have dogs and already had a food incident) I will definitely buy from rugs.com again! Great rug at a great price!!

Great Rug

I ordered this rug as I had already purchased another two rugs which I was so pleased with before Christmas! Not knowing whether the colours were accurate on the screen as I wanted it to fit in with the other rugs I decided to order the rug and can say I am not disappointed. It looked exactly as it was described and the price was good. Also the service was amazing as were the previous two rugs. It was ordered late on the Monday evening and arrived by courier on the Thursday. I was so pleased as this rug had not been folded like one of the previous rugs but had been rolled and it was larger. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Perfect rug for my space. Good customer service

I bought two rugs and only one worked for my space. The company was very good at the free return they promised. The only problem is the long wait on the phone for someone to send a return label. The rug itself is perfect. It shows just like the online photo. I am very happy with the style and the quality.

Fits my space perfectly

We’ve been looking for a rug to fit our entry. We read the reviews - which were hit or miss - and decided for $50 it was worth the risk. Granted to shipping was slow - took 3 weeks - and the communication around that shipping was non existent- the rug itself was just as advertised and fit. Again - the $50 price tag was the deciding factor. It arrived as expected - rolled and wrapped nicely.
