This is the best rug that I've ever had. It's a thicker chunkier type of shag so it doesn't flatten easily and stays fluffy. It also doesn't have that weird plastic shine to it. Barely any smell when it was new and it was easy to lay flat after doing what the instructions said. My dog absolutely loves this rug I've never seen her crawl around and play on any other rug as much as this one. It also seems pretty easy to clean but it can be harder to vacuum because it's so plush. I loved this one so much that I bought another size for our living room. Highly recommended if you want a soft cozy rug but its not great as a runner since its so plush.

We got a pet/stain resistant carpet pad to put under it - that also makes it softer underfoot. This is a slippery yarn - you don’t want to run or do planks on it. Also look closely. It’s a quirky design - almost looks like two rugs put together or like someone got creative with a paint can. I was looking at multiple yellow rugs when I chose this one (the right price and size). I didn’t notice the non-uniform pattern. It’s cute but because I have furniture on it I probably would have chosen something that looks like it’s the same rug under all the furniture. This one can best be described as a mish mash of a few different rugs. FYI: rug was not cut completely straight but it’s fine for us.

Note that we actually bought the 9 x 12 rug after we received notification that the 8 x 10 was out of stock. So it's a 9 x 12 in the photo.

However it seems that the material isn’t going to allow this rug to be a long-term rug in a room with moderate traffic. the material is a cheaper material and the price I paid of $110 is the maximum of what this rug is worth. It’s definitely NOT a $280 rug on discount. Don’t believe that lie. But for the price it will get a good year of use which is fine with me. I feel I got my money’s worth.

First thing I did was open the living room windows to air out the anticipated new rug smell but there wasn't one! Completely odorless is an A+ for me. The color is beautiful and goes with everything true to pictures shown. Feels super soft under the feet and if I add a rug pad then it'll be extra plush. The rug is perfect with the best price I could find. I will be ordering from this site again. Thank you!
I spent hours looking for a blue room to go with my blue bedroom wall. Then I saw this color and it made me change my mind and order yellow. It is very soft under my feet and laid flat right away. Excellent quality
