Spent alot of time picking a carpet bought it then got an email it was out of stock. Okay this happens but why was a payment not immediately credited??? Why do i have to keep asking for refund???
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · MultiMy problem was because it is polypropylene (shiny) it appears lighter in colour from where the light is coming from & darker from opposite end. I like it but had to get my head around foot marks showing on it. Now out of stock.Beautiful selection of rugs though.
