It was creased a bit but after a week the rug flattened out nicely. It’s also very soft! The only thing I’m missing is the pad to go under it but I can go back and order one.

I love my rug it’s exactly as it was pictured. I didn’t read the specifications well enough and didn’t realize how thin it was going to be. As it turned out it was perfect considering how I’m using it. Sunroom but used as main living space for Mom.
