Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · PinkI like the overall look of the rug and the quality looks pretty good. It came very tightly rolled up though on a very narrow roller and it doesn't come even close to lying flat on the floor. I've tried reverse rolling setting heavy objects on it trying to smooth it out myself etc. I hope it eventually flattens out because right now it looks rather awful.

The middle is a bit more yellow than the green I hoped but it came clean well packaged and a nice quality. Is this rug an investment piece I will have for decades- absolutely not. Is it pretty and will serve a few years- probably. Especially with Corona I can't get to stores and this was better quality than I was expecting.

Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · GreenI really like their customer service...which was needed with this order!I ordered two....they did notify me shortly after that they did not have two...however the first one was already in transit to me! They need to be sure with their inventories that they don't have this happen. I had option/ hassle of returning the one in transit....or keeping it.They apologized and did all they could....just wish never happened in first place.I will be a bit leery of ordering two of the same rug again....guess you need to be very sure of the number of units available when you order.I will use this company again. They are high quality and I understand that mistakes can happen.
