So happy I decided on this rug! I’m so bad about purchasing online and this one was better in person than online! Also Rugs.com has excellent customer service! The first rug that was dropped off or never made it to me via shipping was corrected immediately and they shipped me another. Rug isn’t very thick but you can buy a pad. It’s fairly neutral and can be all white with faint blue lines or a mix of tan if you push the fibers the opposite direction. It’s great!

I get a lot of compliments on it. Best of all the wrinkles fell out easily and quickly - which has been an issue in the past with shipped rugs.
This rug came quicker than expected. It was beautiful and soft. Unfortunately it is much lighter than the picture. More of a light blue/gray with navy/gray parts. Truly gorgeous but didn’t match our home. Customer service was exceptional for the return. I would buy again from this company based on the quality of rug and customer service.
