This is awesome!! The quality thickness and workmanship is beautiful and detailed. Colors are a hue off. The colors are a little darker than the pic with its lighting. Ex- green is a darker olive(warm tones) pic it’s a brighter olive.🫒 ( Blue tones) The colors are creamy and you can pull from all of them to change the space. A working art my toes love to stand on! Truly elevates my space. Bravo-

It is EXACTLY what I wanted -- except that the pile height is listed at 1/2 and it's actually 1 1/2. Unfortunately that meant it was too high for our entryway (the door hits it) so I'm sending it back. But it's such a bummer because the rug is absolutely gorgeous -- thick luxe just beautiful. Just beware that it is definitely high.
Beautiful rug and we get tons of compliments on it it really pulls our room together. My only complaints are that it sheds like a husky in July and it’s pretty thick so we trip over it pretty often.

As another reviewer pointed out it is very high and after 2 weeks it is still shedding.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · Multialthough i love my rug. if you run into trouble however good luck on getting it rectified in accurate or timely manner. i ordered the rug with expedited service so I could get it on a particular day. I placed numerous calls to customer service to make sure that it was going to be received and nobody could give me correct information. At that point there wasn’t even a tracking number when that day came and nothing was there and there was still no tracking. I called the fourth time and I asked for my $85 back for expedited service and asked again when I would be receiving that rug they transferred me to management I went into Voicemail. I logged about three hours with their customer service people once I got the OK to get my $85 back. They processed it but they messed that up as well and I didn’t get it back so I had to call again and now I’m waiting still three weeks later for the $85 for expedited service. I did not get I’m not sure where the problem lies but it’s never necessarily the people of customer service but the people that trained them their managers shameful.
