Well-made soft and gorgeous color (pomegranate). Due to the slightly different shades of fibers it’s like a solid but with more depth. Love it!

Price point and delivery times were reasonable.Negatives: The rug came folded and not rolled. Unfortunately as the backing is not of the best quality (it seems to rustle a bit) the folds have creased the rug. Despite being down for some weeks now they are still there.

I must have looked at more than 100 rugs and I am totally pleased with my choice...Pepper Grey color. I recommend Rugs.com. I will use them again. I am more than pleased. The process was smooth from purchase to delivery and laying it which I did by myself.

What has worked for me was to vacuum the rug. When you do that you can see the carpet stretch thus removing the wrinkles. I had to vacuum a few times to make it set. I just wish it was a little darker. However I am happy with my purchase. This was the first encounter with Rugs com. I would buy from them again. I did some research about steam cleaning it to get the wrinkles out. Since it is 100% polyester it said you could do it. However if you have a pad underneath you could melt it I guess. My plan was to use a hand held steamer. I didn't have to do that. The vacuuming was enough. I give them 4 stars.
