I ordered this rug as I was looking for a flat weave rug as I feel they are more hygienic (especially with pets) and it was a bonus that it was also washable. We were looking for something unusual with bright colours that was up to date but not too modern. It was also great that it was square rather than rectangular. This looked like it fitted the bill perfectly. After we ordered it we made the mistake of looking at some of the reviews online. To be fair the reviews did not look promising and we started to worry that either the incorrect rug would turn up or it would be poor quality. I am however pleased to say that we are delighted with our rug. It is exactly as described - yes it is flat weave and thin but that is exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. It fits and looks great in our room. I love our rug and although we don't need another rug I will be looking to buy again from this company if and when the time comes to buy another.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Square · MultiThe rug is not very heavy so the edges will curl and not lay flat initially - I placed big books around the edges to flatten the rug out and it worked. That being said the rug does stay in place. I placed this rug in my entryway and have had no trouble with the rug moving when people walk on it.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5 Ft Octagon · SeaglassThe rug is absolutely beautiful! The exact color and pattern we wanted! However the rug itself is extremely thin. The corners roll up. The stitching that keeps it from unraveling is unraveling. We have found that by grabbing the rug and pulling it back into position is causing the fabric to stretch out of shape. We're going to pay an additional $80 to have backing sewn on to make it more substantial. It would be OK at half the price maybe. Would not buy again could not recommend.
Beautiful rugs! I love the material. It feels wonderful on my bare feet! I bought the nicer rug pad. I'm so glad I did! My cat already had an accident on the one in the bathroom and it cleaned up wonderfully!

I was disappointed that it doesn't have 1/2 pile. It's maybe 1/4 but with the rug pad its works okay. I haven't washed it yet and I'm hoping it lives up to my expectations.
