The company tried to say that there's nothing wrong with it and so we have to pay a ridiculous amount to return it. It's a pretty cheap and nasty product and apparently a cheap and nasty company as well - avoid at all costs.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · SandI risked ordering it thinking it might be darker than the picture shows. But it arrived and wow!! Exactly what I was searching for. It’s a lot more of a white/grey blend I’m not sure why the picture gives it a brown tint. I would recommend buying a rug mat right away because it is a pretty thin rug (on carpet it will sit fine but on hardwood it will slide.)

Arrived quickly and the color matches the photos. Wrinkles came out pretty easily and it's easier to vacuum than I had anticipated. The pup also loves it! Great rug!

It's more cream and beige, however, after changing soft furnishings, cushions, throw etc. it blends in nicely It is quite thin but a nice quality and very soft underfoot. Most importantly my cat doesn't use it to sharpen her claws !!

Only downside is that it came not rolled, but folded up, and I’m waiting for everything to flatten out. But, the dogs don’t care; they seem to prefer over the couch.
