Fantastically c rug

The rug was delivered, rolled up, and it laid down perfectly flat up on installation. I purchased the outdoor rug pad to go with it and both were very easy to install by myself. The colors are very vibrant, and the pile feels soft, especially for an outdoor rug l. It’s exactly what I wanted. It’s outside in the Palm Springs sun, so we’ll see how it holds up overtime. But so far so good.

Didn’t get the design I ordered

The rug arrived after a couple of weeks. It appears to have been tossed over the gate. When I opened it I saw it was not the design I chose from the website. I requested a return label and explained it wasn’t the design I ordered. Then I was told because of the size (9x12) I would have to unfurl the rug and fold it short ways as the post office wouldn’t ship anything above 96” (but that’s how it was shipped to me, in a 12’ long roll?). I printed what I thought was a shipping label (which came several days after my return request!) and proceeddd to drag this huge rug to UPS. When I got there they puzzled at the shipping label and said that “no, this is for USPS!” So, I dragged the rug to my car and went to the nearest post office. Dragged it in there, waited in line, only to find the same puzzled response to my shipping label. After discussing amongst themselves, they concluded this was a DSL package and I needed to take it there. By that time I was in tears. DSL did some tapping on their computer and exclaimed I owed them $148 to ship. I explained this was a product return supposed to be paid for by rugs.com. The red h said no. I left there exasperated and drove home with the darn rug. I finally called their customer service number and after some explanation they sent me a new shipping label. They guaranteed it would be picked up from my front patio with the new label on it. It’s still sitting there on my porch, waiting to be picked up by their carrier and once they scan it in they say they will process my refund. Nightmare. Logistically beyond frustrating. Plus the design was not like the picture I ordered.

Love this pattern! It was just what I was looking for in the entry at my new salon. Doesn’t get dirty too easily and vacuums well. My only issue and it was solved easily with some tape underneath is that if not anchored down it slipped around easily when stepping onto it.

Fun, colorful, thin rug

We got this for our dining room. It gives it a pop of color. The rug is really thin, so we expect food to be easy to clean off it. We use it under the table with no pad, but it slips a bit, so it would be better with something antislip underneath.

Had a need and found the solution.

I have a very contemporary white, red and black and light gray carpet in my living room close to the sliding glass door. I have two dogs that run constantly in and out and their little paws get the white and the carpet very dirty. I looked through hundreds of rugs and finally found this one that had the same colors and could actually lay on top of it and not look too bad. So now we have a small area to walk over coming from outside to the inside without getting my larger carpet too dirty. It’s also easy to remove for when we have company.
