I purchased this rug for my bedroom since the design mimics the newly designed bathroom door. I was surprised by the thickness of the rug, the softness and generally it was not too wrinkled. I have to admit adding edge/corner sticks were needed to keep the corners in place and while there are still a few wrinkles, most are contained under the bed (I had to maneuver the rug by myself but I'm sure if I had help it would have been a little flatter.) Overall I understand the concerns previous customers have with fold lines but mine went away with a few heavy items in place overnight. If you get the larger rug like me (10x13) make sure you have someone to help move it around if you want it flatter but it works for my space just fine.

Not exactly the colour i thought but thats just buying off photos but not disappointed .Only down side is it was so tightly rolled up its been a long job too get it to lay flat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · BlackI love the look of this rug it looks great in our dining room! The delivery was as promised and it was well packaged. The downside is the rug is not as thick as i would have liked and more importantly after 2 weeks the edges of the rug do not lay flat creating a tripping hazzard. I have placed the dining chairs around perimeter of the rug for a week with little improvement. I have used ice cubes which has helped somewhat but still after doing that twice the corners are still curled up.

Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Round · BlackRug looked worn out, came in open plastic wrap. Didn’t match the other dye lots of the same rugs I ordered to go in the kitchen. Free returns are advertised but you have to get the giant rugs bundled back up and into the plastic wrap they originally arrived In. Well they came in ripped plastic and I am not strong enough to fold carpets tight enough to fit back in the plastic. Rugs.com said use a shower curtain. A new shower curtain was 13.99. I used a whole roll of tape and needed a dolly to get the bundle back to the UPS store. I couldn’t add insurance to the shipment because Rugs.com supplied the return label, UPS says Rugs.com has that responsibility. If the rugs are damaged in shipping Rugs.com won’t reimburse you. Rugs.com confirmed they have the rugs I returned the day after receiving them, but told me it would be another 15 days before I get my money back. I was going to get other rugs from Rugs.com. I will not buy again from rugs.com. I also am not able to upload pictures of the folded up rug because AI says the string does not match the pattern. Yeah because I folded it up the way I got it. Very disappointed in this and that rugs.com has almost $600 for over a month and i don’t have tigs
Colors are a perfect blend for my decor. Good price. Love the way it looks in my space. Could be a little thicker but I put a pad underneath so easy fix. Very happy with this purchase.

You probably could get the same quality if you ordered off of amazon..my problem is with the company..it states that if you are not satisfied then returns are free..the label might be free but they want you to wrap it with heavy wrap or a trap..I don’t have wrap or a trap just lying around! I did take this rug to Fedex. The local FedEx from were I live is 20miles away and they do not have heavy wrap or a tarp..I have sent two emails explaining the problem and I haven’t heard back. So I guess I’m stuck with a $55 rug I can’t use..My advice make sure you order what you like because trying to return it is going to cost you or maybe not order from them at all. Wayfair and Amazon carry the same quality rugs..
