We had to pick it up out of state put a return label on it and they sent it to the wrong address again. Customer service at rugs.com has been extremely unhelpful and barely speaks English. Save yourself from what I’m going to. I still don’t have a rug or a refund.
While this rug is of beautiful quality and very soft the geometric pattern has an odd resemblance to anti-Semitic symbols. Hopefully with furniture on it this will be less noticeable.
