When I selected this rug out of the many options I was very excited and felt it was a good choice. It arrived very quickly and I unrolled it into my living room right away. Let me tell you it is even better than my high expectations. The quality is top notch and the design is subtle and lovely. I expect it will last for a very long time. I am over the moon with it!

We had to pick it up out of state put a return label on it and they sent it to the wrong address again. Customer service at rugs.com has been extremely unhelpful and barely speaks English. Save yourself from what I’m going to. I still don’t have a rug or a refund.

Aside from the normal/expected shedding there are larger clumps of rug coming up leaving lasting holes. Additionally, it’s not very soft to the touch when your bare skin is touching it. I tried to return it but logistically returning and physically packing up a 10x14’ rug isn’t going to happen. I complained and the best they could offer was a 15% refund. Overall I am not happy and would advise others to not order this rug. I have ordered other rugs in my home that I’m very happy with from Quince and West Elm.
