Unbelievable
Don’t order from rugs.com. They mailed my order to the wrong address. We had to pick it up out of state put a return label on it and they sent it to the wrong address again. Customer service at rugs.com has been extremely unhelpful and barely speaks English. Save yourself from what I’m going to. I still don’t have a rug or a refund.
