A nice addition to my home. The color was different from what I expected but it is a lovely rug. A lot more cream than I expected. The rug is very soft. My cat decided to clean himself on it but I was able to clean up the mess easily. I am pleased with my purchase.

Two weeks in and there are still lumps pockets of air un-smoothed creases. I've been placing moving boxes and upside down coffee table on them a couple areas at a time with some progress.The other thing I'd note is that there's a lot more TEXTURE to this rug than photos suggest. The white lines are tufted and quite raised compared to the flatter woven gray base. I don't MIND that but don't expect the surface to be smooth.A decent value so far a great one if the lumps settle over time.

I just got my rug FIRST. it arrived with the wrapping torn. The rug was dirty I spoke to the Fed Ex guy and he said as he was picking it up the wrapping broke open he said he did his best to keep it from getting dirty. WELL when I opened the rug up and there was dark smudges all over the rug even with the edge dirty I could have cleaned it. But not this its spots everywhere. who treats a expensive rug to shabby .
love this rug its unique look is exactly what I was looking for. the cream-colored sections are fluffier than I thought they would be.
