Reviewing a different size or color: 7x10 · Navy Blue and IvoryAwful experience so far. The website clearly states in the FAQ that We ship FedEx Ground. All of our rugs are shipped with 24-48hrs from your purchase date. Yet four days after my purchase date my order was (and still is now seven days after the purchase date) still showing a status of Order placed and awaiting shipment. So at the four day post-purchase mark I used the chat feature on their website and Jose first asked me for some more information so he could look up my order which I provded immediately...he then asked me to wait for a few minutes while he looked up my order. After four minutes of waiting for him to get back to me he (the robot?) asked me if I was still there and if there was anything else I needed help with. ?????!! So I had to remind him/it that they had asked me to wait a few minutes while they looked up the order and I still hadn't heard back from them regarding my order. So then he/it apologizes and makes me wait again and finally writes that my order is still within the 3-4 week delivery period. I reminded him and re-pasted verbatim what their own website states that all orders are shipped within 48 hours via FedEx and I also told him that it had been four days since my purchase date AND that there is no way that it takes FedEx four weeks to deliver something to California. From this point forward all Jose could do was keep repeating over and over that my order was still within the 3-4 week delivery window. I finally was so frustrated that I responded with what was glaringly obvious by now: that my rug is in China and this company doesn't want to admit that so they outright lie on their website just to get people to buy (seriously the only reason I bought from them was because I needed a rug soon and couldn't wait a whole freaking month for it). I will never buy from this disreputable company again.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · IvoryIt’s been 84 years… no, but after waiting 10 WEEKS for this stupid rug, I finally cancelled the order. But! Lo and behold, it turns out it was on the way with FedEx. I even got tracking information! So, Rugs.com asked me to-repay for the order, assuring me I would receive it “within a day or two”, as it was in transit. Not so. We’re now going on 12 weeks into this painful odyssey, I have yet to receive it, even though FedEx says it’s in my city. Finally, I called to pull the plug for good on this grueling waste of time and remain, as ever, rug-less.
Ordered a rug in March. No update since. No shipping notification. No rug. So sad.
