I received the rug with 2 big stains on it. When trying to return it, they are telling me i need to pay $144 CAD. This is unacceptable that i should be the one paying for a return when the item came in stained.

It’s in my entryway and my dog finds it cushier than the sisal rug we used to have so that’s a plus!

AND who would return something to Switzerland or USA. Expense would surely put you off. Maybe that's the reason of course.

Part of the issue is that it was poorly folded before packaging. We’ve tried everything recommended to get it to lay flat, but nothing has worked. It looks terrible. Do not purchase this rug unless you can live with the wrinkles!
