The piece
Ghom
This rectangular rug from the Ghom Collection showcases an all-over traditional Persian floral pattern with intricate scrolling palmettes, vines, and ornate framing borders. Hand made from pure silk in Iran, it displays a deep black background complemented by rich tan, beige, cream, and subtle red accents. The fine silk construction yields a smooth, medium pile with a subtle sheen, finished with traditional fringed edges along the top and bottom borders.
