Kilim Maymana
Hand-woven of 100% wool, this kilim flatweave displays a classic geometric arrangement of concentric diamond medallions set against a beige ground. Bands of burgundy, red, olive green, blue and light blue form stepped chevrons that converge into bold diamond centers, while a narrow border of repeating hooked motifs frames the composition. The flat, tightly woven surface has a subtle ribbed texture you can feel beneath your feet, with a firm, dry-hand finish typical of traditional kilim weaving.
