Balouch
A traditional tribal medallion rug with a row of stepped, hexagonal medallions running down the center, this hand-knotted piece balances geometric structure with lively, small-scale motifs. A warm beige field frames deep black panels that highlight stylized birds, floral sprigs and star-like accents in rich red, violet, olive, yellow, ivory and shades of brown. Multiple borders layer tiny diamond and lattice patterns in coordinating colors, giving the rug a finished, woven look that reads both historic and versatile.
