The piece
Cowhide - Patchwork
Handmade in India, this modern piece from the Cowhide - Patchwork Collection showcases a striking geometric design crafted from stitched cowhide and leather tiles. A deep black field anchors the center, framed by a pixelated, checkered inner border and a lighter outer border in shades of ivory, gray, and subtle natural brown. A matching ivory geometric medallion accents the center, creating a bold, graphic contrast. The natural hide surface offers a smooth, medium texture with subtle organic variations across every individual square.
