A black field anchors the design, divided into two distinct panels: one side shows a dense chevron-like weave of black threaded with ivory highlights, while the other presents an ivory ground peppered with small, irregular black motifs arranged in horizontal bands. Narrow ivory bands at the top and bottom frame the composition. The wool pile feels warm and springy underfoot, and the hand-knotting gives the surface a tactile depth that emphasizes the pattern’s graphic quality.
