The piece
Ultra Vintage
Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this 9x12 rectangular rug from the Ultra Vintage Collection showcases an overdyed traditional Oriental design. The composition features faint traces of classic medallion motifs and ornate borders, heavily washed in a deep charcoal and black field with soft gray distressing throughout. Its flat pile offers a sleek, low-profile texture, combining historic Persian craftsmanship with a modern aesthetic.

This expansive black area rug provides a grounded foundation for larger living rooms, open-plan dining areas, or executive home offices. Position it beneath an eight-person dining table, or center it under a leather sectional to anchor the seating arrangement. The moody, monochromatic palette pairs naturally with minimalist contemporary interiors, dark wood finishes, exposed brick, and industrial metal accents.
