Customers love the elegant vintage design, silky soft texture, and remarkable value of this rug. Many reviewers note that it easily elevates dining rooms, bedrooms, and living spaces while being exceptionally easy to clean and maintain. Because of its lightweight, low-profile weave, pairing it with a rug pad is commonly recommended for extra underfoot comfort.
I purchased the 7' x 10' Restoration Rug which arrived very quickly and well packaged. The photo on the web site is very accurate as to the colour and overall look. It is excellent quality and feels very luxurious which I am delighted with. It has certainly brought together the look of our room....the finishing touches. I love the idea that I have bought a piece of history as the town where it has come from is a historic weaving town from the late 1880's. I wish I had extra rooms to purchase another rug!
Reviewing a different size or color: 7x10 · BeigeThis was my first rug from rugs.com I am a designer in Columbus Ohio and I have purchased hundreds of rugs for clients some being in the several thousands of dollars but this is the first rug I have purchased that was under $700. I was shocked when this rug came and I unpacked it I bought this rug for my personal home and it is in my living room it is beautiful and well-made and I will certainly buy most of my rugs from rugs.com.
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · BlueI purchased this carpet to replace a very expensive hand knotted all wool carpet in my dining room. I was afraid it would not be able to compete with what was already there but I was pleasantly surprised when we swapped them. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is that the carpet had to be folded due to it's 9x12 length being too long for delivery restrictions. Maybe this was noted somewhere but not where it was obvious to see.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · BlueWe had been looking for quite a long time to find the right area rug for our bedroom after ripping up the 17 year old wall-to-wall. Was trying to bring the room a bit more up to date. The rug is so pretty and could actually work with a number of decor choices: traditional modern modern farmhouse. The shade of blue as noted by a previous reviewer and was enormously helpful leans toward blue-green. The gray is a warm greige tone. It is a thin rug (which we wanted) and does take some time to lay flat. The corner with the most traffic is curling a bit. Hoping it will settle down. We have owned this for about one month.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Square · Light BlueI am a designer in columbus Ohio I have purchased many rugs over the years some being in the several thousands. This rug was 12x16 and was used in my personal home. I was greatly impressed by the quality of this rug...well done!
Reviewing a different size or color: 12x16 · BlueOnly had it for a week so I can't testify as to how well it'll stand up long term but I am absolutely loving it so far. It's soft and exactly as pictured! Also I have a dog that has issues with her paws so she frequently bleeds on things. Glad to say I had NO issue whatsoever getting the blood spots out with a wet paper towel. Granted I got to it the same night but still very pleased with that fact. They forgot to send the pad with the rug but remedied the situation the same day I contacted them! Honestly couldn't be happier with this purchase!
Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Square · GrayI ordered thsi rug based on the photographs and the website's descriptions of the dominant colours in the rug. It arrived yesterday (just a few days after ordering) and matched my swatches perfectly! And it's soft and gorgeous.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Dark GrayThe color is more teal than the photo showed- but I am making it work.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Dark GrayBought it a couple of months ago nice quality Rug
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · Light BlueLove it! Exceeded expectarions.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · Dark BeigeI ordered this rug in a smaller size (3'3 x 5'3) as a sample before purchasing a large size for our family room. It is a beautiful rug and the product image does not do it justice. The pile is low but it feels soft and silky underfoot. Unfortunately for what I am looking for it is not the right color for our space. I was hoping for a true light/sky blue color but it is much more aqua / green undertones in person. I will say it looks more turquoise/aqua in real life than the pictures I am providing. I put a blanket down next to it for comparison as the blanket is a true french blue. It is a gorgeous rug but unfortunately just not the color we need. I hate that I don't have another space in our house to use it!
