The piece
Ultra Vintage
A hand-knotted, 100% wool rug with a softly distressed ornamental pattern, this piece pairs a blue-gray ground with olive accents woven into faded floral and vine motifs. The pattern has a layered, worn quality that creates depth through subtle shifts in pile height and knot density. When you run your hand across the surface you feel a low-profile, tightly knotted wool pile that is soft yet substantial, with a gentle, natural sheen that highlights the darker olive pattern against the cool blue-gray field.
