Ghom Silk
Handmade in Iran from fine silk, this traditional piece from the Ghom Silk Collection showcases intricate Persian artistry. A rich deep brown field serves as the foundation for an ornate central medallion surrounded by dense floral and foliate motifs. Detailed scrolling spandrels frame the central field, while multi-layered borders complete the composition. The balanced palette includes shades of tan, beige, olive green, muted red, and soft blue accents, finished with delicate fringe along the edges. The medium silk pile provides a smooth, supple texture with a natural sheen.
