A bold kilim pattern runs the length of this hand-woven 100% wool runner, anchored by a warm brown background that lets the geometric motifs stand out. Central diamond medallions in blue, green, red and olive stack along the center, their stepped chevrons and narrow beige field creating a rhythmic, linear movement. The guard borders repeat small hourglass and butterfly-like motifs in pink, blue and olive, adding pops of color against the earthy ground. The flat-woven construction yields a firm, low-pile surface with a tactile ribbed texture where individual wool strands are clearly defined beneath your hand.
