Product Description
The Kilim Fars Collection presents a hand-woven 11 Ft Runner that is a testament to the timeless artistry of rug-making. The piece is crafted from 100% wool, lending it a texture that is both durable and pleasantly tactile to the touch. It features a rich burgundy background that is beautifully complemented by an array of accent colors, including black, brown, ivory, orange, and rust red. This creates a visually striking contrast that accentuates the intricate geometric pattern and the traditional motifs that give this runner its distinctive character.
Age has graced this runner with a semi-antique status, categorizing it as 40-60 years old, which adds to its authenticity and cultural value. The condition of the rug includes missing fringe, yet this detail accentuates its history and the story this rug carries through time. Despite the missing fringe, the presence of fringe on the rug contributes to its classic and ornate appearance.
This Kilim Fars Runner brings a sense of warmth and depth to an interior and is particularly well-suited for use in hallways, entryways, or long, narrow spaces where its elongated form can be fully appreciated. Its traditional pattern and color scheme allow it to harmonize with both rustic and more eclectic decor styles, effortlessly bridging the gap between the heritage aesthetics and contemporary design elements.
