Product Description
Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this rectangular piece from the Balouch Collection showcases authentic tribal artistry and traditional Oriental design. The composition centers on a bold stepped medallion set against a deep burgundy field, framed by geometric borders and intricate motifs. Rich tones of navy blue, terracotta, and maroon are sharpened by ivory linear accents, creating striking contrast across the low, thin pile. Originating in Iran, the woven wool construction delivers a tactile, artisan quality built for longevity.
At 3x5, this accent size is well suited for high-profile small spaces such as an entryway, kitchen, or bathroom. Pair the deep jewel tones with dark wood cabinetry, brass fixtures, and warm neutral stone floors. The traditional tribal pattern also complements rustic leather furnishings, rich walnut tables, and layered bohemian interiors.
