Product Description
A rich burgundy field sets the stage for a formal, runner-style pattern of repeated oval medallions framed by ivory and beige guard borders. Floral bouquets in ivory, salmon and green sit inside the medallions while black and beige accents outline the scrolling vines and Greek-key details along the edges. The central burgundy areas are worked with a rippling, gathered motif that gives the surface a textured, draped appearance; machine-made in polypropylene by Palace Rugs, the pile is low and dense with a smooth, slightly lustrous finish that keeps the design crisp underfoot.

Dining Room
Choose a rug that extends at least 24 inches beyond each side of the table so chairs can slide in and out comfortably.
Entryway
A 3x5 or 4x6 rug works well for most entryways. Make sure it does not interfere with the door opening.
Living Room
For a seating area, choose a rug large enough so that at least the front legs of all furniture pieces sit on the rug. Common sizes are 8x10 or 9x12.
Kitchen
A runner rug works great in front of the sink or stove. For larger kitchens, a 4x6 or 5x8 can anchor the space.
Bedroom
Place a large rug under the bed so it extends 2-3 feet on each side, or use smaller rugs on either side of the bed.
Outdoor
Measure your patio or deck area and choose a rug that fits within the furniture grouping, leaving a few inches of clearance on all sides.
