Handmade of cowhide and leather, this rug is built from tightly stitched hexagonal patches arranged in a honeycomb mosaic across a chocolate brown field. The pattern pairs geometric precision with natural variation: hexagons in chocolate brown, black, brown, light brown, beige and ivory create a richly layered surface, with occasional hair-on-hide markings that introduce subtle contrast. Running your hand over the piece reveals a short, velvety hair texture with slight dimensionality at the seams and a restrained leather sheen that highlights the individual tiles.
