We offer Free Shipping on all products to the lower-48 United States. Rugs may ship in a combined package or may be shipped separately. We send tracking information once the rug is shipped.

Products may be shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL Express, and/or GLS.

Larger items may be folded due to carrier requirements.

• Spot clean stains immediately with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Deep clean by hand using a mixture of cool water and mild wool-safe soap.
• Have the rug professionally cleaned every 3-5 years.
• Rotate the rug every 6 months to ensure even wear and fading.

If your room has a lot of patterns, choose a solid or subtly patterned rug. If your room is mostly solid colors, a patterned rug can add visual interest.
