Hand-knotted from pure silk in Iran, this Persian rug from the Ghom Silk Collection displays intricate craftsmanship. The design centers on an ornate medallion surrounded by fine botanical arabesques and floral vine-scrolls. Set against a soft cream field, the pattern is framed by multi-layered borders highlighted in delicate shades of blush pink, soft beige, and subtle pastel accents. The medium silk pile provides a smooth, supple texture with a natural sheen, finished with traditional fringed edges along the ends.
