Delete your account and data
Request the permanent removal of your Rugs.com account and the personal data we hold about you.
We store your email address and the date of the request so we can process it. It is not used for marketing and is not shared.
Other ways to delete your account
You can also delete your account from the mobile app: sign in and tap Delete my Account in the account menu.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, addresses, password)
- Your saved cart, wishlist, and order history visibility
- Stored payment methods and shipping preferences
- Marketing and analytics records linked to your account
We may retain a minimal record of completed orders, returns, and tax-related transactions where required by law (typically up to seven years). These records are not used for marketing.
