I've been searching for a 9 by 12 area rug for my living room for a few months now. It's very higher hard to find what you're looking for when you're out shopping because the stores don't carry a big selection of colorful rugs and hardly any shag rugs at that. I stumbled upon rugs.com online when I was searching for a bright color. This rug does not need a pad underneath. The shag rug is thick and full and very padded and comfy to lay on I chose a bright turquoise rug to give my room a pop of color since my furniture is a dark gray. The rug far exceeds my expectations and the price is very reasonable. I recommend rugs.com to my friends and family and I'm currently looking to replace my rug under my kitchen. I have no doubt I will be purchasing that rug here as well.

I previously ordered a very expensive rug that showed it was this color only to find out it was a pale gold. I love this rug. It really ties my whole living room together & doesn’t show the cat hair like my old rug did. My cats love it too. I will definitely purchase my next rug from here again.

Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · LilacI bought this on Monday 10/7/19 & received it 10/10/19 shipping is super fast!!! My rough came wrapped in plastic and due to delivery yes there was some broken pieces of plastic but nothing to go crazy over. Once I received it I unwrapped it and of course it looked flat so we walked over it and fluffed it with our feet and all the visible areas of the rug were now covered. Its perfect for the price and above what I expected. I attached 2 photos of the 8 x 10 in my open space living room area without it being fully fluffed and as you can see its perfect. Only thing I can feel is that it's not as soft as other high pile rugs but comfortable enough for my 3 year old girl to roll around and not get hurt.

It gave me such a great idea of how my rug would truly look. It saved me from buying a rug that didn’t go with the room. I ordered my 8x10 gray rug on 10/29 and it arrived 11/2. It came folded in half with instructions on how to get the crease out. My crease came out after I vacuumed it once. The rug is perfectly soft. One of the edges isn’t flat but I bet it’ll be perfect after I keep some heavy furniture on it. I am a customer for life. I love Rugs.com!

Then Rug.com popped up and I found one big enough. But I read the reviews and some where good some where not. So I was hesitant but they offered free shipping free returns and 30% off. Plus the business is located in the US which is a big thing for me. So i bought it and I’m so happy i did true to color Dark Gray and it’s beautiful. I even went back and ordered a smaller rug for the front door entrance. Last picture.
Reviewing a different size or color: 12x15 · Graphite GrayI ordered the the Pure Ivory 10x13’ rug for my living room. I was looking for a creamish colored rug to match my decor and lighten my space. The rug was order in 7/24 and I received it on 7/29 nicely packed without and damage. It looks exactly like the pictures. It’s thick and plush and doesn’t need a rug pad if you don’t want to use one. It does not shed at all. I vacuumed it to get the creases out. There isn’t too strong of an odor either. I will order from Rugs.com for all of my carpet needs going forward.

Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · Jet BlackI bought the light slate blue area rug and the color is absolutely gorgeous. It's the perfect thickness and texture for my living room. It will slide around so you'll need a rug gripper for underneath it. The only issue I had was the plastic wrapping when it was shipped. It probably was FedEx's fault but there were tears in the plastic wrap exposing areas of the rug and so the rug had gotten a little dirty in the exposed areas. I'm very pleased with my area rug.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · Light Slate BlueThe price was good for the quality. I wish it was more fuller. you can see some of the bottom when you move it your your feet but not too much. The size is 8x10 which is too big lol but that's my fault. I love the look and its comfy.
