The piece
Vintage Royal
This rectangular grey area rug from the Vintage Royal Collection blends classic Persian design with a heavily distressed, overdyed aesthetic. Hand made in Iran from 100% wool, it features an intricate field of traditional floral arabesques and layered border framing. The muted color palette is grounded in a deep charcoal and slate grey background, complemented by dark grey, earthy brown, and subtle violet accents. Its medium wool pile provides a resilient, structured texture underfoot.
