A soft gray field anchors a row of geometric diamond medallions and narrow horizontal bands, each motif hand-knotted in lively, layered color. Teal, navy blue, light blue, pink, yellow, olive, black and ivory thread together in a subtly striated, almost painterly fill that contrasts with the calm gray background. Dining Room
Choose a rug that extends at least 24 inches beyond each side of the table so chairs can slide in and out comfortably.
Entryway
A 3x5 or 4x6 rug works well for most entryways. Make sure it does not interfere with the door opening.
