This rug was unique in that it was made out of cowhide leather. I love that it is different! Appears well sewn together, lays nice and flat and I’ve had many compliments on it. It is rather thin but that is what one would expect from leather. I bought a pad too. We shall see over time if the stitching remains in tact.

I purchased this cowhide rug to put by my sink in my kitchen. I have a pressed wood floor and it goes amazing. The size is perfect for the area and it is closer to the floor in height so my elderly mom does not trip on it and it does not stop her walker when strolling.
